Spreading Love Foundation Defies Heavy Rains To Serve The Bronx
As part of efforts to help build healthy communities and address the health disparities in the Bronx, NY, The Bronx Clergy Task Force hosted a Health and Wellness Fair with healthcare partners and community organizations for the residents and families in the Bronx.
As part of efforts to help build healthy communities and address the health disparities in the Bronx, NY, The Bronx Clergy Task Force hosted a Health and Wellness Fair with healthcare partners and community organizations for the residents and families in the Bronx.
Among the partners were members of Spreading Love Foundation Inc. who despite a heavy downpour lent great support to the community by sharing test kits, masks, sanitisers, and stress balls. The team also organized a health education on cancer and healthy eating lifestyle.
The team stressed the need for healthy lifestyles as they believed that would lead to healthy living.
Held at 177 Dreiser Loop, the fair also saw residents receive medical screening from physicians, dentists, and paediatricians. There were health-first answers, raffles, Q&A sessions with Doctors, a supply of vaccines, meditation, Tai chi, and many other activities.
Spreading Love Foundation Inc. has over the years contributed in diverse ways to helping make society a better place through charitable activities.
