Spreading Love Foundation Inc. Holds A Successful Prostate And Breast Cancer Screening Exercise At Christ Apostolic Church Int.
As part of efforts to make quality healthcare accessible, Spreading Love Foundation Inc. organized a prostate cancer and breast cancer screening exercise in the Bronx, New York.
As part of efforts to make quality healthcare accessible, Spreading Love Foundation Inc. organized a prostate cancer and breast cancer screening exercise in the Bronx, New York.
The two-day event which kicked off on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at the Christ Apostolic Church Int. saw 25 men and 20 women receive free screening and education on the need to prioritize their health and well-being.
Patrons were also informed of the need for frequent check-ups since early detection always saved lives.
SIMI, and Mount Sinai Robert F. Smith Mobile Prostrate Cancer Detection Unit, proud partners of the exercise were optimistic the exercise would go a long way to help raise awareness of prostate and breast cancers, especially among the black communities.
